This Palace was constructed by Kirkor and Balyan Usta in 1876 with the orders of Sultan Abdulaziz in the name of his sister, Adile Sultan. It was builded as a masonry carrier system and passed a huge fire in 1980s. Restorated with the supports of Sabancı Family in 2005, turned into a culture centre. CEMA has done its indoor and outdoor restorations.
